"Death claimed Daniel Gaynier, age 44 years, a prominent farmer of LaSalle township at his home in that township Sunday afternoon, after a short illness of pneumonia. Mr. Gaynier was born and raised in this county and he leaves a wife, two daughters, Adelaide and Nora, his father and mother, six brothers-Fred, of Newport; Leo, of Frenchtown; Ezra with the Monroe Lumber company, this city; Cletus serving in France; Roy and Doris, of Monroetown, and two sisters-Mrs. Hattie Bernor, of Toledo, and Mrs. Fred Larrow, of this city. The funeral will be held Wednesday morning at St. Mary's church of which the deceased was a faithful member."
